Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MilkTrack, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations in Haryana, India. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this application.

2. User Registration and Accounts

To access the services, users must register an account. We collect the following information during registration:

• Full Individual Name
• Registered Company/Dairy Name
• Valid Phone Number
• Valid Email Address

Admin Responsibilities: Admins (Dairy Owners/Companies) are responsible for managing customer accounts and ensuring that data entered (entries for milk quality and quantity) is accurate. Admins have the authority to add customers and generate data entries.

Client/Customer Access: Clients registered under an Admin have the right to view all entries, history, and records specifically associated with their profile. Clients cannot modify data entered by the Admin.

3. Bluetooth (BLE) and Hardware Integration

MilkTrack utilizes Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology to interface with milk analyzer hardware.

• The application is specifically designed to connect with "Yogesh_Milk_Analyzer" devices.
• The user is responsible for ensuring the hardware is properly calibrated.
• MilkTrack provides the interface for data transmission but is not liable for hardware-level reading errors.

4. Acceptable Use and Data Integrity

Users must not provide false information or use the app for fraudulent billing. The Admin is solely responsible for the legal relationship and financial transactions with their added customers. MilkTrack provides the management tool but is not a party to the commercial agreements between Admins and Clients.

5. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Privacy Policy

1. Information Collection

We collect personal and technical information to provide a seamless milk management experience. This includes:

• Identity Data: Name, Company Name, Phone Number, and Email.
• Operational Data: Customer lists, milk quality parameters (FAT, SNF, Density, etc.), and delivery records.
• Device Data: Information required to facilitate Bluetooth connectivity and Push Notifications.

2. Android Permissions and Usage

To function correctly on Android devices, MilkTrack requires the following permissions. Each is used strictly for the purposes described:

• INTERNET: Required to sync data between Admin and Client devices and to store records in our secure cloud database.
• POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Used to alert Clients of new milk entries and send Admins daily reminders.
• SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM & RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED: Required for the reliability of scheduled reminders and automated background tasks after a device restart.
• BLUETOOTH, BLUETOOTH_ADMIN & CONNECT/SCAN: Essential for discovering, pairing, and receiving data from the Milk Analyzer hardware via BLE.
• ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION: On Android, this permission is a technical requirement for Bluetooth Scanning. We do not track or store your actual geographic coordinates.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Data entered by an Admin regarding a specific Customer is shared directly with that Customer via their unique login. We do not sell your personal or company data to third parties. Data is only shared with third-party infrastructure providers (e.g., Supabase, Firebase) as necessary to host the application services.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

5. Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings related to data privacy shall be handled within the jurisdiction of the courts in Haryana, India.
